New design & focus + awesome content
The website has been down for a few months as I thought carefully about what it is I want to do online. While I’ve toyed with co-branding myself as musician, a writer/editor, a communicator, and a teacher… I’ve decided to keep a major focus on my original music. It’s where my heart is, and has always been.
Sometimes you have to look back in order to move forward, and that’s exactly what I’m doing with jaygarrigan.com. I’m really happy to share:
- Reissue solo albums such as Deep Sea Wishing with the original eight songs (instead of 22) with artwork by Jennifer Chapman.
- Reissue Poprocket albums with ‘deluxe’ content (unreleased studio songs and live board tracks) – forthcoming Dec. 2017 and Jan. 2018.
- Showcase albums I’ve been on – I’m relaunching with 12 albums I’ve been a part of or made, and I’m adding several more through the end of the year.
- Showcase cool videos – I’ve put eight of my favorites up – from directed videos for The Eyebrows, Temperance League and Amigo to some great live video from Poprocket
- Provide some insights into my current recording projects with The Eyebrows and my next solo record, Moonflower.
